TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Police busted four burglary suspects early Tuesday morning.
Shortly before 1 a.m., Tulsa police got a call about a burglary from a homeowner in the 4600 block of East 2nd Street.
Police say the victim told them he and his family were awakened by the sound of their front door being kicked in. The victim told police he then saw a man running to a getaway car with the victim's laptop computer in his hands.
The homeowner gave police a description of the car the burglars used and a short time later, officers pulled the car over near Marshall and Memorial.
The four taken into custody include 19-year-old Theophilus Jenkins, 19-year-old Darrell Seals, 18-year-old Michael Hilliard and a male juvenile.
Police say one of the four suspects was holding the victim's laptop in his hands.
Officers also say a footprint taken from the door of the victim's house matched the sole of the suspect holding the computer.
Tulsa Police believe the four could also be responsible for another burglary earlier in the evening.
