Muskogee Police say the teen, Larondon Hembry, Jr. was arrested Monday night for the death of 26-year-old Christopher Shade of Eufaula.
The shooting actually occurred in Eufaula, but Muskogee Police say Hembry drove Shade's SUV to Muskogee with Shade's body still inside and parked it near 24th and Peak.
Police say he then walked home.
Police also said Hembry has claimed the shooting was self defense in a dispute over stereo equipment and money.
Hembry is currently in the McIntosh County jail on a complaint of first degree murder.
