The incident happened at about 2 p.m.
The 67-year-old driver of the Mercedes told police he somehow got his foot stuck under the gas pedal. He says that caused the car to zoom across the parking garage in reverse and slam into the outer wall.
Fire officials say there were no injuries in the accident. Emergency crews blocked off the area while they worked to pull the car out of the hole in the wall.
Several vehicles parked in a parking lot below the accident scene suffered damage as falling debris slammed to the ground.
Tulsa Police say no ticket was issued.
The accident drew a large crowd of spectators as firefighters worked to get the car back inside the parking garage.
The parking garage is located at 6th and Boulder.
