TULSA, Oklahoma -- A man charged with conspiracy to murder a Tulsa businessman was released from jail Friday evening.
Allen Shields was being held without bond in the murder of Neal Sweeney His bond was reset at $25,000 and Shields was released Friday evening.
Shields testified this week against the other four men accused in the murder for hire plot that ended in Sweeney being shot to death in the fall of 2008.
In exchange for his testimony, Shields will get ten years probation for his role in the murder. He admitted he was the person who brokered the deal.
