Some Tulsans Eligible For City Sales Tax Rebate

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Some Tulsans have a $25 sales tax rebate coming to them, but they need to apply for it. It's part of the Fix Our Streets package that was passed in 2008.

To qualify, you had to be at least 65 years old in 2010 or meet other eligibility requirements from the Oklahoma Sales Tax Refund or the Oklahoma Earned Income Tax Credit.

You need to have lived in Tulsa for at least a year and had to be the biggest wage earner or contributed the most income to your household.

The deadline to apply is April 15th for the $25 rebate.
