TULSA, Oklahoma -- A Tulsa business is doing its part to add jobs to the community as it celebrates its second chance.
CFS II held its ribbon cutting today at its 81st and Lewis headquarters. In November, the debt collection company moved into the City Plex Towers, which held the original CFS before its downfall about 12 years ago.
Now the owner Bill Bartmann says they've already hired more than 100 people, and 85 percent of those are former employees. He says CFS's past is what will make CFS II a successful company.

"This is like Christopher Columbus leaving the dock a second time. We know where we're going, and we know how to get there so we ought to be able to get there faster and perhaps even bigger," said CFS II President Bill Bartmann.
The company says it's short term goal is creating 200 jobs, and it is still has a lot of positions to fill.
Bartmann says he expects to make another major announcement about the business early next month
