Man Arrested For Indecent Exposure Outside Mannford High School

MANNFORD, Oklahoma -- A Mannford man is in the Creek County jail after a witness told police the man was masturbating in his car at the Mannford High School parking lot Tuesday.

Mannford Police used a description of the car provided by the witness to arrest Shannon Smith, 25, on Wednesday.

Police say Smith denied being at the school.  But police say when they told Smith about a video showing his car at the school, he admitted to being there.

Smith was booked into the Creek County jail on a complaint of indecent exposure at a school.
