OWASSO, Oklahoma -- An Owasso man was arrested Monday for allegedly using his cell phone to shoot video up the skirt of a woman.
Andrew Lee Patton, 26, was booked into the Tulsa County Jail under a peeping tom complaint.
According to an arrest report, Patton was video-taping the victim as she was shopping at the Owasso Hobby Lobby.
The final clip shows Patton approaching the woman and then placing the cell phone under her skirt, the report said.
The victim screamed and chased after Patton where he was eventually detained by witnesses and the store manager.
Patton told police he had done this before and it was a compulsion for him. Patton was accused of taking pictures of women at a Barnes and Noble in October of 2009.
