TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa police are investigating the death of a Tulsa man found in his apartment Friday afternoon. A friend found the body of Randolph Ney, 26, at his home in the 1100 block of South Florence Avenue just before 2 p.m.
The friend had not heard from Ney in a few days and became concerned, according to Captain Brad Clark with the Tulsa Police Department. The friend called TPD after discovering the body.
"There are indications that there may be some foul play," Clark said Friday; however, the medical examiner has not ruled on the cause of death.
A neighbor told News On 6 that Ney was a friendly person whom she saw frequently walking his two dogs.
Homicide detectives are investigating the circumstances of Ney's death and are seeking information about his activities and associates.
