Home Repair Fraud Suspect Sought By Tulsa Police

Tulsa Police say a man who targets elderly residents in connection with home repair schemes may be in Tulsa area and they want him.

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa Police say a man who targets elderly residents in connection with home repair schemes may be in Tulsa area and they want him.

Police say Dusty Joles was arrested in Little Rock, Arkansas on July 26, 2011 on some outstanding warrants.  He has since bonded out and is believed to be back in Tulsa.

Tulsa Police say Joles claims to be the son of a roofer who replaced the victim's roof.  While he and his crew are on the roof, he requests payment of several thousand dollars.  He is also suspected of entered the victim's home and stealing cash. 

There are three Tulsa warrants for his arrest for home repair fraud.  Joles is described as a white male, 5'8", 160 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.
