Tulsa Police: One Person Shot, Another Being Questioned

<span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>UPDATE:</strong>&nbsp;</span>A 28-year old man is hospitalized after a shooting at an apartment complex in East Tulsa late Monday night.&nbsp; Tulsa Police say Levez Ratliff was shot in the upper chest around 9:30 p.m. at the Brandywine Apartments at 41st and 129th East Avenue.&nbsp;

UPDATE:  Police have identified the man who was shot last night.  Police say 28-year-old Levez Ratliff was shot in the upper chest.  There is no word on his condition, but he is expected to have surgery on Tuesday.  Police are questioning 27-year-old Carlos Shelton, calling him a person of interest. 

TULSA, Oklahoma -- At least one person was wounded in a shooting at an east Tulsa apartment complex Monday night.

Tulsa Police responded to the Brandywine Apartments at 31st and 129th East Avenue around 9:30 p.m.

Police said one person was shot in the chest and taken to a local hospital in a personal car. The victim's condition is not known.

Police say they have at least one person in custody, but they are not calling the person a suspect at this time.

A gun that may have been used in the shooting was recovered by police.
