An investigation into an incident involving four Bartlesville Police officers accused of official misconduct is in the hands of the Washington County District Attorney's office.

In September, Bartlesville Police Chief Tom Holland suspended the four officers and requested the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation launch an investigation.

An OSBI spokesperson says the agency has completed its investigation and turned its report over to District Attorney Kevin Buchanan.

Holland says the four officers have been placed on paid leave pending a decision by the DA's office.

Holland declined to release details of the allegations against the four officers.

Buchanan says he will be making a decision on this case by Friday, December 2, 2011.
