The Oklahoma State University community will hold a public memorial service at 1 p.m. Monday in Stillwater to remember four members of the OSU family who died in a plane crash last week.

At OSU flags are flying at half staff following another tragic plane crash.

Ten months ago, the OSU community remembered the tenth anniversary of the 2001 plane crash that took ten lives. And now, Oklahoma State University is going through that all over again, with the loss of OSU women's head basketball coach Kurt Budke, assistant Miranda Serna and OSU alumni Olin and Paula Branstetter.

The memorial service is open to the public and will be held in the Gallagher Iba Arena starting at 1 p.m.

Oklahoma State has cancelled classes from 12:30 until 2:30 p.m. to allow students and faculty to attend.

Among those students, is Sara Budke, coach Budke's oldest child.

When we talked with students, they're still in shock over the news on Thursday.

"It's always hard to lose a member of the Cowboy family but it is something we just got to live through and got to pull together and stay strong," said Heath Bellman, OSU student.

There is also a candlelight vigil which begins at 8 p.m. hosted by OSU SGA at the Chi-O Clock. The clock is located between the Student Union and Classroom Buildings.

They'll be laying orange wreaths to remember those killed on Thursday, November 17, 2011.

On Tuesday, separate memorial services will be held in Stillwater and Ponca City.

A rosary service will be held at St. Francis Xavier Church in Stillwater at 10 a.m. Tuesday to honor OSU assistant coach Miranda Serna.

Later that afternoon, a memorial service for Paula and Olin Branstetter will be held at the First Assembly of God church in Ponca City.  That service begins at 2 p.m.

Oklahoma's Own News On 6 will carry the Oklahoma State University Plane Crash Memorial Service live Monday starting at 1 p.m. The service will also be live streamed on NewsOn6.com.
