Broken Arrow Cop Suspended After Rape Allegation

A Broken Arrow police officer has been suspended with pay, after a woman accused him of rape.

The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office is handling the investigation and served a search warrant at the officer's home Thursday night.

The woman says she had known the officer for a short time and got together with him when he was off duty.

She says she doesn't remember anything until the next day and believes she may have been drugged.

The officer has not been arrested or charged.
