Library Employee Takes Dramatic Photos Of Tulsa Courthouse Shooting

An employee of the Tulsa City-County Library took dramatic photos of the shooting on the plaza outside the Tulsa County Courthouse Wednesday afternoon.

TULSA, Oklahoma -- An employee of the Tulsa City-County Library took dramatic photos of the shooting on the plaza outside the Tulsa County Courthouse Wednesday afternoon.

John Fancher, communications coordinator for the library, was in the library on the north side of the plaza when the incident began.

He snapped a series of photos that shows the barefoot man with the gun in his hand, deputies confronting him and then the man on the ground after being shot by deputies.
