Three People Arrested In Death Of Dewey Toddler

Dewey Police have arrested three people in connection with the death of a 15-month-old girl last month.

Emma Beth Warmberodt's body was discovered on Friday, February 24, 2012.

Police Chief Mike Shea says his officers arrested the following three people:

• Marcus Mitchell, 22, the girl's step-father
• Ashley Williamson, 23, the girl's mother
• Juanchellee Fitch, 48, Mitchell's mother

Mitchell is charged with first degree murder.  Williamson is charged with enabling child abuse and child abuse, and Fitch  is charged with accessory after the fact of first degree murder.  All three were booked into the Washington County jail.

Dewey Police were called to the home in the 300 block of Cherokee and found the toddler dead on the porch.

The state Medical Examiner's Office says the child had trauma to the chest and multiple bruises to her head.
