Police Release ID Of Man Killed In East Tulsa Shooting

Tulsa Police have released the name of the victim in an east Tulsa homicide late Thursday evening.

Broken Arrow resident Tony Ray Anderson was shot and killed at the Huntington Hollow Apartments, 4300 South Garnett.

Police say the 41-year-old Anderson was shot in the apartment courtyard then collapsed in the parking lot after what they called a "running gun battle."

Witnesses interviewed at the scene initially thought the victim was in his teens or 20's.

Detectives are asking for anyone with information on a potential suspect to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS.
