Broken Arrow Country Club On The Auction Block

Want to own a country club in northeastern Oklahoma? Williams and Williams Worldwide Real Estate Auction is listing the Indian Springs Country Club in south Broken Arrow.

The private country club has two courses. The River Course, an 18-hole regulation course which offers views of the nearby Arkansas River and the The Windmill Course, which is also an 18-hole regulation course that weaves its way through nearby neighborhoods.

Also included is a club house, lighted tennis courts and an Olympic size swimming pool.

In all, the country club takes in just over 370 acres at 16006 East 131st Street.

It will be auctioned off to the highest bidder June 5, 2012, beginning at 5 p.m.

The opening bid is $250,000.
