OSBI Investigate Suspicious Death Of Commerce Baby

Agents with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, along with the Commerce Police Department, are investigating the death of an 8-month-old baby. Authorities are calling the baby's death suspicious.

According to the OSBI, the baby, 8-month-old Randy Kirk III, was found dead by his mother at their home in Commerce, Oklahoma. She called for help just after noon on Friday.

Emergency crews arrived at the home minutes later and determined the boy was dead.

Authorities are currently searching the home for evidence of what caused the boy's death. The medical examiner's office will perform an autopsy to determine the cause and manner of his death.
