Tulsa Police Release Name Of Teen Killed While Riding In Car

Tulsa Police have released the name of a teenager who was shot and killed Saturday night as her boyfriend was driving her home in the 12200 block of East 15th Street.

Police say Kayla Ferrante, 17, was killed when a bullet hit the car she was in, striking her in the back.

The car was being driven by her boyfriend. He was not injured.

Ferrante was taken by EMSA to a Tulsa hospital where she was pronounced dead.
