Traffic on northbound U.S. Highway 75 is being diverted to the road's shoulder as crews work to repair a stretch of highway that buckled in the heat Monday afternoon.
The construction zone is located south of Ramona between county roads 3700 and 3800.
ODOT expects to have the damage fixed permanently by the weekend.
The same highway buckled because of the heat back in August 2010 about a mile north of this latest incident.
