An arraignment scheduled Tuesday afternoon for an Oklahoma man accused in the shooting deaths of two young Weleetka girls was passed.
No new court date has been set.
Kevin Sweat was set to enter a plea to a first-degree murder charge for another case involving the death of his girlfriend. A judge has decided there is enough evidence for him to stand trial in the murder of 23-year old Ashley Taylor.

Taylor was last seen in July of 2011 when she told a family member that she was going away with Sweat to get married. Investigators later found human bones and a pair of glasses that matched Taylor's prescription in a burn pile on property owned by Kevin Sweat's father.
The arraignment had been postponed from last month.
Sweat is also accused of killing 13-year old Taylor Placker and 11-year old Skyla Whitaker in 2008.
He has pleaded not guilty in that case.
