Broken Arrow is one of the Best Places to Live in the country. That's according to Money Magazine - which ranked the top 100 best places - and put Broken Arrow at number 69 on the list.
Editors say its the safest city in Oklahoma - and credits the quick commute to Tulsa, affordable homes, high job growth, good schools and sprawling parks as reasons to recognize the community.
Carmel, Indiana tops the list. Other Oklahoma communities include Edmond at number 73, Moore at 77, and Norman at 92.
Broken Arrow also made the Top 100 list in 2006 and 2010.
"We know what a wonderful city we live in," said Broken Arrow Mayor Craig Thurmond.
"But it's always nice to see the rest of the country recognize what a great place Broken Arrow is to live and raise a family."
