Tulsa County court records show a charge of first degree murder has been filed against 20-year-old Kris Edward Bridges of Tulsa. Bridges is a suspect in the shooting death of Quincy Jones on Saturday night.
Judge David Youll issued an arrest warrant for Bridges Monday afternoon.
Tulsa Police previous said they wished to speak to two men in connection with the murder Saturday evening and what police believe was a retaliatory shooting early Sunday morning.
Both shootings occurred at the Fairmont Terrace Apartments in the 1000 block of East 60th Street.

Detectives want to speak to Jamel Saaffir, 20.
Police believe Quincy Jones, 24, was killed Saturday evening during an altercation between two groups of men at the complex.
Four and a half hours later, Jamel Saaffir's brother, Tyrig Saaffir was shot at the same complex.
Jamel Saaffir is described as a black male, 6-foot-1 and weighing 220 pounds. Kris Bridges is a black male, 6 feet tall, 180 pounds, with a teardrop tattoo under his left eye. Tulsa Police say the shooter in the Tyrig Saaffir shooting is described as a black male, 5-foot-9 to 5-foot-9, wearing a dark blue hooded sweatshirt.
