A Vietnam veteran's dying wish has been granted.

Sixty-three-year-old Dennis Hall has an inoperable brain tumor doctors say will kill him in less than a year. Three weeks ago, we told you Halls' final request was to visit the National Vietnam Veteran's Memorial in Washington D.C.

Since our initial story aired, donations from all across the country have poured into the Hall's home in tiny Bridgeport, Oklahoma.

Monday evening, Hall, his wife, his daughter and his granddaughter all flew to Washington D.C. They will get personal tours of Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall and the Capital building.

Hall's daughter Amanda says her father is very thankful.

"He feels better. I don't know if it's the adrenaline, [or] if it's the support from everybody," she said.
