U.S. Marshals in Arkansas arrested a man wanted in Tulsa for the deaths of two people outside a QuikTrip at 71st and Riverside.
Tulsa Police say Jermaine Jackson, 19, was arrested on a warrant for two counts of first degree murder in connection with the deaths of Kirstjan Hinrik Thorsson and John White III in Marianna, Arkansas.

Marianna, Arkansas is a rural community southwest of Memphis.
Tulsa Police believe Jackson shot both Thorsson and White after getting upset over a traffic incident. Police say words were exchanged and Jackson pulled out a handgun and fired nine shots into White's car.
Thorsson died shortly after being taken to the hospital. White died later in the day.
Jackson was booked into the Pulaski County jail in Little Rock Wednesday morning.
Tulsa homicide detective Sgt. Dave Walker commended the Fugitive Warrant Officers and Task Force members for their long hours and tremendous work in getting Jackson into custody.
He also thanked the media and the public for their assistance in this and several other cases.
