Tulsa's Victory Christian Center says five employees suspended for not reporting the alleged rape of a 13-year old girl last month will now be allowed to return to work, but with additional supervision.

Pastor Bruce Edwards made the announcement during this past weekend's services.

Prosecutors filed misdemeanor charges last month against Victory Christian Center employees John Daugherty, Charica Daugherty, Paul Willemstein, Anna George and Harold "Frank" Sullivan, saying they didn't report allegations in a timely manner.

Prosecutors say the girl told employees August 15th she had been raped but Tulsa Police weren't told until August 30th.

The church says the employees will return to newly restructured youth and human resources departments, now that the church has added extra supervision.

Another court hearing in the case is set for October 31st.
