A Tulsa man filed a lawsuit Friday afternoon against two Tulsa Police officers in the gangs unit.

The lawsuit says the officers pulled over Brian Lumpkin in October of 2010, after he left a house where they were doing surveillance for drug activity.

The lawsuit says even after the officers found nothing illegal and no warrants, they made Lumpkin do push-ups in order to avoid a ticket and then joked about it over the police radio.

The officers being sued are Kevin Warne and James Bohannon.

According to court documents and the Department of Corrections website, Brian DeAngelo Lumpkin has been convicted on felony drug and gun charges in the past, and has served time in prison.

News On 6 will have more on this story over the weekend.
