Diane Rafferty Named CEO At OSU Medical Center In Tulsa

A nurse with 35 years experience in health care has been named CEO of OSU Medical Center in Tulsa.

Diane Rafferty is the new chief executive officer at OSU Medical Center. Rafferty joins OSUMC from an Arizona hospital where she also served as CEO.

According to a news release, Rafferty has 35 years experience in health care including hospital operations, finance, quality and compliance and reorganization.

At the University Physicians Hospital in Arizona, she helped the hospital regain Medicare and Medicaid status, the release states. At Brotman Medical Center in Culver City, California, she helped the facility emerge from bankruptcy.

Rafferty also served as part of the audit and clinical compliance team for the Parkland Health System in Dallas.

Diane Rafferty earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of New York and a Master's degree in healthcare administration from the University of La Verne.
