A 28-year-old Muskogee woman who was sentenced in 2010 for accessory to first degree murder is now in the Tulsa County jail.
Tulsa Police arrested Tenesha Nunley Monday for speeding in a school zone. Nunley pleaded guilty in 2010 to hiding two suspects after the fatal mall shooting.
Nunley was given a 10-year suspended sentence in that case.
Last month, a Muskogee County judge issued a bench warrant for Nunley after she failed to appear for a hearing on a drug charge from earlier this year.

Court records show the Muskogee County district attorney's office is moving forward with a motion to revoke Nunley's suspended sentence.
