Tulsa Police arrest a man in connection with the City's 26th homicide of the year. Wilver Sacuilan, 32, of Tulsa was apprehended Monday evening at an apartment in the 2300 block of South Jackson.
Police say detectives interviewed over 50 people and those interviews led them to Sacuilan.
The victim, Donald Treat, 43, was found late Sunday in the 1200 block of West 12th bleeding from a gunshot wound to his chest.
Treat died at a Tulsa hospital hours later.

In jail records, police said their investigation "encountered illegal and dangerous substances, gambling and people willing to hurt others to collect debts."
After his arrest, those records stated Sacuilan admitted to investigators he robbed Treat, but he did not shoot him.
Sacuilan admitted to having a handgun, but said he gave it to a man named Johnny at 91st and Riverside Drive after his encounter with Treat. The records state Sacuilan told police Johnny was "the suspect," not him.
Sacuilan was booked into the Tulsa County jail on a complaint of first degree murder and knowingly concealing stolen property.
Police say their investigation into the murder continues.
