The frightening moments right after a deadly boat crash on Grand Lake were released by the Delaware County sheriff. The 911 calls show witnesses frantically tried to help the victims and survivors.
Investigators are still trying to piece together the events that led to that tragic crash, but we're getting new clues from the 911 calls, recorded moments after impact.
The 22-foot ski boat hit the 100-foot houseboat around 5:45 Tuesday evening.
The first call for help was placed just seconds later.
911 Operator: "911."
Caller 1: "Hey, we got a, we got a major accident (inaudible) at Arrowhead. Major, major wreck. Okay?
911 Operator: Okay, injuries?"
Caller 1: "Yeah, big time."
That call was quickly followed by two others.
Caller 2: "And there were about six or eight people there and they hit the dock...I don't even see the boat anymore."
Caller 3: "These people are hurt, possibly two fatalities. A boat ran into the...it's inside the other boat, the whole boat is inside the other boat."

GRDA police say eight people were on the ski boat. Rachel Swetnam and Trey Varner were killed. The boat's driver, John Deselms, and five others survived.
Investigators with GRDA are still talking with witnesses and interviewing the people who survived the crash. They don't have a timetable for how long that will take, but when they're finished, the case will be handed over to the Delaware County district attorney to determine if charges should be filed.
Witnesses told 911 operators the ski boat was moving fast when it hit the houseboat.
Their calls for help clearly show worry and confusion.
Caller 2: "Please send the ambulances, two ambulances will not help. There's eight people, possibly two fatalities. It's really serious."
911 Operator: "Okay, so we have two or three missing?"
Caller 4: "Uh, we don't know yet."
911 Operator: "Okay. You have three or four out of the water?"
Caller 4: "Honey, I just need a lot of help here. I can't answer all of these questions, okay? Okay? Just get somebody here quick."
Investigators were unable to speak with us Friday on camera, but say they have found a few more eyewitnesses and they hope to talk with them soon.
