Three Sperry High Graduates Honor Teacher

Saturday, May 18, 2013 was graduation at Sperry High School. They had 2 female Valedictorians and 1 female Salutatorian and in honor of one of their teachers who had battled breast cancer, they asked if their honor sashes could be pink for breast cancer awareness!

Alexa Bougher, Ashlee Beats and Sarah Eddings honored their 6th grade teacher, Dana Smart.

Mrs. Smart was the honorary guest at graduation.

The girls along with members of the student council held a number of fundraisers and were able to present Mrs. Smart with a $600 check to help with her treatment.
