An Oklahoma City man arrested for possession of child pornography had thousands of sexually explicit images on his computer, according to agents from the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.
OBSI agents arrested 19-year-old Zachary Ray Aldridge at his apartment in the 3000 block of N.W. 5th Street in Oklahoma City. An undercover agent says he received several thousand images and videos containing child pornography from Aldridge.
A task force comprised of law enforcement agents from OSBI, Guthrie Police Department and Oklahoma Attorney General's Office served a search warrant Wednesday morning at Aldridge's apartment. Investigators say they found computer storage devices that stored thousands of videos and photos of child pornography. The computer equipment is now being examined by the OSBI Computer Crimes Unit.
Investigators do not believe any local children were victims.
Aldridge was booked into the Oklahoma County jail on two counts of distribution of child pornography, one count of aggravated possession of child pornography, and one count of violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.
