The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a helicopter that crashed into Keystone Lake is sitting in water 50 to 60 feet deep.
Three people were in the helicopter when it crashed just before noon Sunday. Nearby boaters rescued them.
Witnesses tell us the chopper had been flying over the area for about an hour before it crashed.
The people who were rescued told troopers the chopper lost power before the crash.
A spokesperson with the Federal Aviation Administration said the recovery of the helicopter would be done by a salvage company, at the direction and expense of the owner's insurance company.
