Two people have been charged in a 2006 cold case, where two women were found stabbed to death in a Tulsa apartment.

On January 3, 2006, neighbors of an apartment in the 2500 block of East 51st Street noticed a window open. When no one answered the door, they called police.

Police found Dorothy Lindley and Linda Wright inside, both stabbed to death. They said there were signs of struggle inside the apartment.

Monday, Hilliard Fulgham, II, was charged with two counts of first degree murder in those deaths, according to court records.

Another person, Jacqueline Octavia Smith, was charged with two counts of accessory to murder in the first degree.

Fulgham is currently serving time for burglary in Mississippi. Smith is not in custody.
