Tulsa's mayor and city council held a strategy session Tuesday.

Most of the talk was about economic development and how to build up tourism and convention traffic and bring in new businesses.

It's not the first time the administration and council has met to talk strategy, but it was the first time a person running for mayor was part of the meeting.

Former Mayor Kathy Taylor was invited by the council and seated alongside current Mayor Dewey Bartlett for the discussion.

They are both candidates for the next term in the mayor's office.
