A 23-year-old man was booked into the Tulsa County jail twice over the weekend.

According to jail records, Matthew Talley was arrested early Saturday and booked into jail on a public intoxication complaint. Less than 24 hours later, Talley was back in jail, this time booked on a burglary from vehicle complaint.

A Tulsa Police report stated at 7 a.m. Saturday officers were called to the John 3:16 Mission at 506 North Cheyenne on a report of a man starting fights.

Talley was arrested and taken to jail. He was released after posting a $150 bond.

At 5:10 a.m. Sunday, Talley was arrested again, this time after a man reported Talley had broken into a car and was being held by the man until officers arrived.

The officer said Talley was found rummaging through the glove box and passenger compartment of the car. The man who found Talley said it was his girlfriend's car and that Talley struggled with him before police arrived.

Bond for Talley was set at $2,500. He has a court appearance set for August 12.
