Editor's Note: An earlier version of this story reported it was Tulsa Police who arrested the teen the second and third time, but it was Tulsa County Sheriff's Office deputies.
A Tulsa teen was arrested not once, not twice, but three times in less than 48 hours.
According to Tulsa County jail records, on Thursday, August 22, Sand Springs Police arrested Kyle Austin, 18, on complaints of possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of a controlled and dangerous substance, possession of marijuana, driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.
Records show after being booked, Austin was released when he posted bond.
On Friday, August 23, Tulsa County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Austin on two outstanding warrants on charges of cultivation of marijuana and possession of marijuana. Again, jail records show Austin was released after posting bond.
And Saturday, August 24, deputies arrested Kyle Austin again, this time on complaints of first degree burglary and assault with a dangerous weapon. Records show bond on those two complaints was $30,000.
Austin has three court appearance set for August 29, August 30 and September 2.
