Search Underway For Sapulpa Man Missing For Almost A Month

The family of a Sapulpa man who was last seen October 9th is asking for help. The Creek County Sheriff's Office says Michael Barnett, 32, was reported missing by his family eight days later.

The family of a Sapulpa man who was last seen October 9th is asking for help. The Creek County Sheriff's Office says Michael Barnett, 32, was reported missing by his family eight days later on October 17.

Deputies said Barnett was last seen by his sister driving a Ford F-150 pickup truck west on Highway 412 from the Keystone Dam exit on the 9th.

Michael Barnett is described as being 5'7", 159 pounds with blond hair, blue eyes and a goatee.

The white Ford pickup truck has an Oklahoma tag #711FMB and has a broken driver's side mirror.

Barnett's father says Michael does not have a cell phone and has not picked up a paycheck from his job since he disappeared. 

Rick Barnett says his son has been known to stay with friends from time to time, but has never been gone this long.  He says Michael has not contacted any family members or his friends.
