Third Time Isn't The Charm For Would-Be Tulsa Radio Shack Burglar

Tulsa Police believe the same person has tried to break into the same Tulsa Radio Shack store for the third time this week. 

Officers said each time an alarm at the store at 31st and Garnett has apparently scared burglar away. 

The latest attempt occurred at about 3 a.m. Wednesday.

Police say the burglar attempts to enter the store through the roof. 

Tulsa Police said the store has motion detectors in the ceiling.

"They trigger the alarm, and the alarm scares them away and they're gone by the time we get here. So they're pretty agile from getting up on top of the roof, to being scared away," said Corporal Kyle Straight.

Police say employees have repaired the roof after each attempted break-in.
