A 47-year-old man was arrested for shooting someone outside his North Tulsa home Friday night. David James Miller is being held on a $75,000 bond.
Police say they were called to a home in the 6200 block of East 27th Place North just before 8 p.m. after a shooting was reported. They found the victim lying in the driveway with a gunshot wound to the stomach. A woman was tending to the victim and told police the suspect was inside.

Miller reportedly told officers he shot the victim with a .38 revolver during a struggle. A witness said the victim made "no aggressive gestures or actions towards the suspect," the arrest report states.
EMSA reports the victim, a man in his late 30s, was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
