A Green Country teen charged with murder will be tried as an adult.
Joshua Mooney was 14-years-old when investigators say he shot a woman at point-blank range during a Jenks home break-in.
Mooney was originally scheduled to be tried as a youth but that decision was reversed in October.
The District Attorney's office believes a video showing Mooney, in the background of a Skype video call, laughing and holding his fingers to his head like a gun saying, "head shot," played a large part in the overturning of the original decision.

An appeals judge found no grounds to reverse that decision and Mooney will stand trial as an adult.
That means he could spend up to life in prison if he's found guilty.
Had the original decision stood, Mooney's sentence would have been a few years at a treatment facility.
