Judge Drops Lewd Act Charges Against Del City Man

A judge has dropped all charges against a Del City man accused of performing lewd acts with a young child.

According to authorities, on Wednesday, February 12, all lewd act charges against 55-year-old Glenn Ray Auldridge have been dismissed.

According to a police report, the Department of Human Services (DHS) received a complaint back in September, 2013 about some very inappropriate behavior. The report stated that Auldridge committed a lewd indecent act with one of his foster children inside his bedroom, and also in the bathroom.

Those who know him say the allegations are preposterous.

News 9 Reporter Adrianna Iwasinski contacted the District Attorney's Office to find out why the charges were dropped against Auldridge. We have not received a response at this time.
