Organizers say the second annual Center of the Universe Festival will be bigger and better than it was last year.

The 2014 edition of the festival will take place on July 25 and 26 in the Brady Arts District, just like last year's festival did.

This year's headliners will be AWOLNATION on Friday, July 25 and Young the Giant on Saturday, July 26.

At a news conference Thursday morning, the organizers announced many changes for the 2014 edition of the festival.

The biggest change this year is that there will be an admission fee. Tickets for one night are $20 through April 30, 2014. They then rise to $25 through July 11 and then climb to $35 on July 12. There's a 5-dollar convenience fee per ticket.

Last year organizers expected 40,000 fans to attend the two-day festival. Instead, they say at least 80,000 people showed up.

Even though they're charging admission this year, they still expect to sell out all the tickets.

"For the festival's second year, we really wanted to give fans more of they loved the first time" said organizer Chris Lieberman. "More outdoor stages and more bands equals more fun and that's our goal."

This year the organizers promise more than 100 bands, compared to 71 in 2013.
