Wagoner County law enforcement officers arrested a Porter military hero charged with the murder of his uncle.
A warrant was issued Monday, June 9 for the arrest of Maxx Tate Robinson, and deputies arrested him at about 10 p.m., according to Major Gary Handley.
Robinson will be held without bond on a first degree murder charge in the death of Bill John Cline Jr. in April, 2014.
Wagoner County Sheriff Bob Colbert said Maxx and his brother Skyler Robinson went to Cline's house in the 500 block of Belaire Avenue to talk to the victim. A deputy parked near the home heard four gunshots and went to investigate.

Court records show the deputy found Maxx Robinson standing on the porch of Cline's home.
"He stated that he had shot Bill Cline," the deputy said in an affidavit.
The deputy said Robinson had a gun holstered on his hip and gave the weapon up without incident.
Hi brother Skyler Robinson was taken into custody on obstruction and accessory to murder complaints but has not been charged, Colbert said.
Robinson joined the Oklahoma National Guard in November of 2008 and served through January of 2014. He served as a medic and was awarded a Purple Heart, Bronze Star with Valor, and army commendation medal.
