Police arrested Cody Case, 24, on complaints of felony murder and attempted robbery with a firearm.

Arrest reports say Case and Eric Santeliz planned to rob their drug dealer, and ended up shooting and killing him.

Police responded to the Walmart on Admiral and Memorial just before 10:30 p.m. June 2nd. Officers said when they arrived they found one gunshot victim just inside the front doors and two others in the parking lot.

Santeliz was taken into custody after going to the hospital and told police the dealer shot him in the arm as he ran from the car. He said Case was also shot but returned fire, killing the alleged drug dealer.
