9-Year-Old Child Drowns At Blue Hole Park In Mayes County

Grand River Dam Authority Police say a 9-year-old child has drowned at Blue Hole Park, a popular swimming area on Saline Creek near Salina. It happened after about 3 p.m. Monday, Chief Brian Edwards tells News On 6.

Edwards said the department is doing multiple interviews with witnesses and will release more information on Tuesday after those interviews are complete.
