Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Under Investigation

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says it has suspended one of its troopers while it conducts an internal investigation.

Captain George Brown said the OHP suspended Trooper Eric Roberts with pay on Thursday, July 24th, when the patrol received allegations of misconduct. The patrol immediately launched an investigation into the matter, according to Brown.

Captain Brown said he won't release any more details until he has the results of the investigation.

Roberts is a sixteen-year veteran of the OHP who is assigned to Troop YB, which means he patrols the Turner Turnpike.
