Investigators are looking into what caused a tour bus to catch fire on the Turner Turnpike between Chandler and Wellston Sunday night, causing part of the turnpike to be shut down.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, it happened just before 9 p.m.
Traffic is moving along just fine Monday morning. But for about an hour, the eastbound lanes of the Turner Turnpike were shut down, as crews worked to put out a tour bus fire and clean up the wreckage.
Troopers were diverting traffic off the Turnpike at the Chandler exit.
The fire engulfed the bus. According to witnesses, nobody was seriously hurt.
At this point, investigators are still looking into a cause.
